HUD Notice PIH 2021-14

On May 4, 2021, the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development published Notice PIH 2021-14 (HA), which revised Notice PIH 2020-33, PIH 2020-13, and PIH 2020-05 and the regulatory waivers and alternative requirements for the public housing and Housing Choice Voucher (“HCV”) program. Among other things, Notice PIH 2021-14 changes the period of eligibility for many public housing and HCV waivers and alternative requirements that previously ended prior to December 31, 2021, to December 31, 2021.

The Board of Commissioners for the Housing Authority of the City of Bangor adopted the waivers set forth in PIH 2021-14 on May 19, 2021.
