The Housing Authority of the City of Bangor (BHA) 2025 Annual Plan
The Housing Authority of the City of Bangor (BHA) has developed its 2025 Annual Plan, including revisions to its Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy and Administrative Plan; Moving to Work Supplement to the Annual Plan (MTW Supplement); and 5-Year Plan. The Annual Plan also includes revisions to attachments to the Public Housing Lease (Attachment 6). All documents are available for review at bangorhousing.org and at its office located at 133 Davis Road, Bangor, during its business hours, Monday- Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
A public hearing on the Annual Plan, the MTW Supplement, and 5-Year Plan will be held on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at BHA’s office at 12:00 p.m. The public is invited to attend and comment. The public is also invited to submit written comments on the revisions to the attachments to the Public Housing Lease at the address listed above.
