PUBLIC NOTICE

The Housing Authority of the City of Bangor (“BangorHousing”) has developed its 2027 Annual Plan and MTW Supplement to Annual PHA Plan. The 2027 Annual Plan and MTW Supplement to the Annual PHA Plan are available for public review at BangorHousing’s offices at 161 Davis Road, Bangor, Maine, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m., and on BangorHousing’s website at www.bangorhousing.org.

A public hearing on 2027 Annual Plan and MTW Supplement to the Annual PHA Plan will be held on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. at 161 Davis Road, Bangor, Maine. Interested persons are invited to attend and comment. Written comments may also be submitted to BangorHousing at 86 Davis Road, Bangor, Maine 04401, prior to the hearing.
